IATP is a non-partisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We have been providing services for Illinois since 1989. Our mission is to provide Illinoisans of all ages with disabilities and health conditions greater access to assistive technology devices and services so that they may enhance their independence and participation in all aspects of life. To achieve this, we offer numerous assistive technology programs and services to learn about and try AT devices. We help individuals obtain AT through our customized 3D printing and fabrication program and our AT reuse program. We provide education and training activities, technical assistance, and a variety of contracted services including professional AT evaluations. We have partnerships with other agencies to help meet the AT needs of the individuals they serve.
